Order FAQs

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your card will not be charged until we ship your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within California are charged 9.25% sales tax.

How can I track my order?
After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming your order has been received. The second will be sent after your order has shipped and will contain tracking information.

Can I return an item I have purchased?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, store credit or exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on the terms and conditions.

How do I return my order?
All returns must first be authorized. Please contact us at custservice@cyndibands.com to obtain a return form and RMA number.

My tracking number states my package has been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
We ask that you please allow a few extra days for delivery. Tracking information sometimes gets updated incorrectly. If your package is not delivered within a few days from the expected date then please contact us.
